Livy

The main purpose of this application is to manage the company's real estate holdings, managing each property, each tenant and each employee.

I worked with a back-end developer to build the application.

After a week's research, I opted for Angular because of the size of the project, and ionic to port it to a phone at the company's request.

I've set up a system for managing tenants, houses and rooms, with the possibility of linking all of them together.

With this system, the company also had access to the finances generated by each property.

The app also features live chat, so you can chat with tenants, either individually or by house/room. Also with employees (usually cleaning staff).
